Thanksgiving Gobbler

Worcester Ice Center will host the Thanksgiving Gobbler AAA Invitational hockey tournament November 25 - 27, 2022. Participating teams include The Boston Advantage, South Shore Kings, South Shore Knights, Providence Hockey Club, Team Boston, Connecticut Junior Rangers, Junior Railers Hockey Club and Worcester Rail Dawgs.
This years event will feature a fun weekend of competitive AAA hockey and will also include tournament merchandise for sale and championship hats to the winning teams!! Baystate Brewery located inside the Worcester Ice Center will be open all weekend and other great restaurants are located just minutes away.

Tournament Schedule
Each team will play 3 round robin games including (1) game on Friday and (2) games on Saturday.
Sunday will feature a semi-final and championship game.

Format and Rules
All tournament games will have (3) 15 minute stop-time periods with a 3 minute 4v4 overtime period if needed, followed by a NHL Style shootout.
Teams will be awarded 2 points for win, 1 point for an overtime or shootout loss.
Semi-Finals seeds will be determined by 1. Total Points 2. Head-to-Head 3. Goals Against 4. Goals For 5. Coin Flip
