The Junior Railers Hockey Club Annual Equipment Drive will take place Friday, August 21 through Sunday, August 23 at Worcester Ice Center.

Have gently used or outgrown hockey equipment? Drop it off at Worcester Ice Center during open hours throughout the weekend. Your donated gear can help another player get on the ice.

Need equipment for the upcoming season?

Stop by and take what you need completely free of charge. No questions asked. Donated sticks, skates, helmets, gloves, pads and other hockey equipment will be available for families to pick up.

2026-2027 Junior Railers Learn to Play Hockey Registration is Now Open!

Junior Railers Learn to Play Hockey (ALL AGES)

The Junior Railers Learn to Play Hockey program is designed for players of all ages and experience levels looking to get started in the game in a fun, supportive environment. Led by former NHL player Bobby Butler and an experienced coaching staff, players will develop skating, passing, shooting, teamwork, and overall hockey fundamentals while building confidence and a lifelong love of the game.

The 2026–2027 season runs from October 3, 2026 through March 28, 2027, with sessions held on Saturdays and Sundays at Worcester Ice Center from 9:20 - 10:20 AM.

Registration is always open — players can join ANYTIME during the season.

2026-2027 Junior Railers House League Registration

The 2026–2027 Junior Railers House League will feature a 20-week season and playoffs with weekend practices and games from October to April, focused on development, fun, and a great team experience.

For the 2026–2027 season, we’re making a strong commitment to affordability and accessibility, helping open the door for more families to be part of the game.

The goal of our updated tuition model is to make hockey more manageable:

$0 due at registration

6 payments of $225 (October–March)

All Registered Players will be placed on place on a team.

Our goal is simple: grow the game, keep kids involved, and create a positive hockey experience for everyone!

2026-2027 8U Cross Ice Mite Registration

The program is open to boys and girls born in 2018 and younger. All registered players will be evaluated and placed on a Junior Railers Mite team competing in the Cross-Ice NorthStar Youth Hockey League, ensuring a positive, development-focused experience for every player.

Registration will remain open after evaluations, with limited spots available.
