
Introducing White Hawks coach Amy MacGlashing
The Junior Railers Hockey Club is proud to announce that Amy MacGlashing will join the Worcester White Hawks coaching staff for the 2025-2026 season at the U19 level.
Amy, a 2020 graduate of Marlborough High School had a decorated high school career, playing four years of varsity ice hockey for Algonquin Regional High School and four years of varsity softball for the Panthers. She holds the title of all-time points leader in ice hockey at Algonquin and earned multiple accolades, including 3X Worcester Telegram & Gazette and Metrowest Daily News All-Star, 2X Midland Wachusett League B All-Star and Unsung Hero Award winner in softball
At the collegiate level, Amy played four years of NCAA hockey at Worcester State University, appearing in 104 career games. She posted 7-9-16 totals in her senior year and finished her career with an impressive +38 rating. A two-time team captain, she was also named to the MASCAC All-Academic Team, recognized on the Dean’s List, and was an active member of AMP and SAAC.
Amy graduated summa cum laude from Worcester State in 2024 with a double major in biology and psychology. She is now pursuing a master’s in education at Worcester State.
We are thrilled to have Amy join our coaching staff and bring her leadership, experience, and passion for the game to our program.
Tryouts for the Worcester White Hawks U19 team will take place at Worcester Ice Center on April 8, 9, and 10 at 6:20 PM.
