Junior Railers Night - December 27th / DCU CENTER

Junior Railers Families,

We’re excited to announce that Junior Railers Night at the Worcester Railers is on Saturday, December 27th at the DCU Center! The Railers take on the Adirondack Thunder at 6:05 PM, and we’d love to celebrate the holiday season together as a hockey community.

Every Junior Railers, White Hawks, and Rail Dawgs player, coach, and volunteer will receive ONE complimentary ticket to the game. Additional tickets for family and friends can be purchased HERE or by using the QR Code.

During the game, we’ll once again host our Annual Intermission Tuition Shoot-Out, giving selected Junior Railers players the chance to compete for free tuition. It’s one of the most exciting traditions of the night!

Learn to Play Hockey December Registration!

December Registration is OPEN for Junior Railers Learn to Play Hockey at Worcester Ice Center!

The Best Learn to Play Hockey program on the planet!! The program director is former NHL star and Junior Railers Director of Hockey Operations Bobby Butler. His staff of experienced coaches will focus on FUNdamental skills such as power skating, shooting, stick handling, passing and team play.

Saturday - 9:20 AM to 10:20 AM

Sunday - 9:20 AM to 10:20 AM

*Some weeks may be different due to special events, holidays and ice conflicts. Sunday scrimmages begin after Thanksgiving.

Full season Learn to Play runs from September 20, 2025 to March 29, 2026 but you can Join ANYTIME!!

Winter Midget Registration

The Junior Railers Midget Winter Season Registration is now open! Register HERE

All registered players will be placed on a Junior Railers Midget team competing in the Valley Hockey League starting in December.

 • Birth years: 2007–2010

 • Includes all league games, playoffs, and practices

 • December to April season

 • Evaluations will be held after Thanksgiving (schedule to be announced)

Introducing Junior Railers Equipment Marketplace

Welcome to the Junior Railers Equipment Marketplace on Facebook.

We created this group to give hockey families in our community a place to buy, sell, trade and donate used hockey gear. Hockey is an incredible sport, but it can also be an expensive one — especially with how quickly kids grow and how often equipment needs to be replaced.

This group makes it easier for families to connect, save money, and keep good gear in use rather than sitting in storage. Philip Coleman Scholarship Fund

The Philip Coleman Scholarship Fund was established in 2021 to provide financial assistance to Junior Railers families who can't afford the full yearly fee.
