2025-2026 Junior Railers Hockey Club Tryouts and Evaluations will be held at Worcester Ice Center from March 10th to April 18th. JRHC have teams and programs for players of all ages and level of play. All participants must register online and fee includes a jersey.
All potential Coaches and Assistant Coaches for the 2025-2026 season are required to complete a coaching application. Click HERE to apply. Registration is now open for the Mite Cross Ice 2025-2026 season. This program follows the USA Hockey ADM Kids model and is open to boys and girls born in 2017 and after. All players will be evaluated and assigned to a Junior Railers team that participates in the North Star Youth Hockey League. Team rosters are selected based on age and overall skill to ensure competitive play at the appropriate level.
The program is a FULL SEASON program and runs from late August to late March
Player evaluations will take place on at Worcester Ice Center on April 6th at 9:20/10:40 AM & April 12th at 12:10/1:30 PM
The Junior Railers Hockey Club is proud to announce that Amy MacGlashing will join the Worcester White Hawks coaching staff for the 2025-2026 season at the U19 level.
Amy, a 2020 graduate of Marlborough High School had a decorated high school career, playing four years of varsity ice hockey for Algonquin Regional High School and four years of varsity softball for the Panthers. She holds the title of all-time points leader in ice hockey at Algonquin and earned multiple accolades, including 3X Worcester Telegram & Gazette and Metrowest Daily News All-Star, 2X Midland Wachusett League B All-Star and Unsung Hero Award winner in softball
At the collegiate level, Amy played four years of NCAA hockey at Worcester State University, appearing in 104 career games. She posted 7-9-16 totals in her senior year and finished her career with an impressive +38 rating. A two-time team captain, she was also named to the MASCAC All-Academic Team, recognized on the Dean’s List, and was an active member of AMP and SAAC.
Amy graduated summa cum laude from Worcester State in 2024 with a double major in biology and psychology. She is now pursuing a master’s in education at Worcester State.
We are thrilled to have Amy join our coaching staff and bring her leadership, experience, and passion for the game to our program.
Tryouts for the Worcester White Hawks U19 team will take place at Worcester Ice Center on April 8, 9, and 10 at 6:20 PM.
The JRHC 501(c)(3) nonprofit youth hockey organization will take over operations of the Worcester White Hawks girls program beginning in the 2025-2026 season.

The Junior Railers Hockey Club offers all levels of hockey: Learn to Play Hockey, U8 (Cross-Ice Mite Hockey), House League, VHL Travel and AAA Hockey.

The store also offers a full line of apparel with many items priced under $20.
The Philip Coleman Scholarship Fund was established in 2021 to provide financial assistance to Junior Railers families who can't afford the full yearly fee. Phil believed if a kid wanted to play hockey there should be a path for that child. Click HERE to donate and help make hockey a sport for everyone!
The Junior Railers Hockey Club Board of Directors will hold its annual meeting for members on Thursday April 17 at 7:00 PM at Worcester Ice Center.
All parents are considered members and are welcome to attend this event. There will be a presentation, including a 2024-2025 season overview, organization initiatives, general budget overview, program updates, and 2025-2026 elections. There will also be a chance for general questions from attendees.
This adult only event will be held upstairs at Baystate Brewery located inside of the Ice Center.
